Theory of relativity or just melted cheese?

We’ve been doing a bit of research lately into fine art for one of our clients and found out a few interesting facts.

For instance, did you know that when questioned about his melting watches, many interpretations suggest that Salvador Dalí was incorporating an understanding of the world introduced by Albert Einstein’s Special Theory of Relativity, when asked whether this was in fact the case, Dalí replied that the soft watches were inspired by Camembert cheese melting in the sun?
We’re trying to understand the meaning behind art for one of our clients who is having a re-launch in an art gallery; they’re straight-talking professionals who make sense in a complicated world and we’re using a fresh approach to art to convey that. It’s just sometimes, art is straight talking all along!
